faq
Are you licensed and insured?
We do — every electrician on the job is fully licensed under NSW regulations, and we carry public liability cover. Our licence number is 216863c.
Do you charge for a quote?
No charge for a quote. Tell us what's going on over the phone and we'll give you an honest read before booking anything in.
Do I get a compliance certificate?
You do. NSW law requires a Certificate of Compliance for regulated electrical work, and it's issued as standard on every eligible job.
How quickly can someone attend?
That varies with what's on already. If your job can genuinely wait, we'll say so rather than talk you into a rushed booking.
Do you work on new-build estates as well as older homes?
Yes — both. New builds bring their own snagging issues; older homes bring wear and dated switchboards. Different jobs, same standard.
Do you cover suburbs near Blacktown?
We do — the full list of areas we cover is below. It's still a working list, so double-check your suburb when you call.
